How to put an Exchange 2000 server in Exchange 2000 Native Mode :
All your pre-exchange 2000 servers must be decommissionned before you can put your Exchange server in native mode.
Go to your Exchange Manager, right-click on your organization's name (first icon, top of the tree), and then set the organisation to Native Mode.
